 status

DELEGATE status 
  • Badge with the DELEGATE status for the attendant; 
  • Access to all events of the business programme;  
  • Forum handouts package: a branded bag with an exhibition guide, printed exhibition catalogue, business programme of the conference, notepad, pen, printing products of partners and sponsors;  
  • Catering - lunch in the Caramel Catering food area;  
  • Separate reception desk;  
  • Assistance in obtaining a visa for foreign participants (official invitation, consultations);  
  • Access to electronic materials of the business programme after the event (presentations, photo/video materials);  
  • Visit to the exhibition on November 29 - December 1, 2022;

SPEAKER status

VIP
status
  • Badge with the VIP status for the attendant;
  • Additional badge with the DELEGATE status for one attendant;
  • Access to all events of the business programme including, attendance at limited-access events for VIP participants (if any);
  • Participation as a speaker with a report and/or presentation in several events of the business programme (approval of the organizers is required);
  • Meeting room provision for business negotiations (for the meeting period, approval of the organizers is required)
  • Solemn signing organization (if necessary)
